What Do I Need to Make Green Onion Dip?
- 2 cups sour cream
- 6-7 green onions, divided (about one bunch at the grocery store)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon celery salt
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Coarsely chop 5 of the fresh green onions along with the tops. Finely slice the remaining one. Add all the ingredients except for the finely sliced green onions to a food processor.
Step 2: Process until it’s all well blended.
Sprinkle the remaining green onion over the top of the dip and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
Serve with potato chips and veggies or use it to top baked potatoes!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
