Pro Tips for the Best BBQ Green Bean Casserole

Make It Ahead: Assemble the casserole up to a day in advance and refrigerate. Add the French fried onions right before baking.
Choose Your Beans Wisely: Fresh green beans have the best flavor, but canned or frozen work well too. If using canned, drain them thoroughly.

Customize Your BBQ Sauce: Experiment with your favorite BBQ sauce for a personal touch. A smoky or spicy BBQ sauce adds even more depth of flavor.
